BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Omega Nutrition's certified organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced in the Modena territory of Italy from the wine vinegar and grape must, of organic cultivations of Trebbiano, Lambrusco grapes.  It has exceptional complex flavor and intense color.  Try it in salad dressings and mayonnaise, or add to fresh strawberries or lemon gelatin.
