Ingredients:
Organic flax seed, psyllium seed and husks, oat fiber, apple pectin and slippery elm bark powders, and natural pineapple and peppermint flavors.

Our fiber drink, Baltone, is a specially balanced formula designed to completely satisfy the intestinal needs for fiber, greatly assisting in the normalization of the intestinal tract.  Baltone has a perfect blend of Flax Seed Powder and Psyllium Seed and Husks, so it is not harsh.  There is also Apple Pectin, which helps carry water deeper into the colon.  The other ingredients help the synergy of the formula.  A high quality fiber is very important.  There are some fiber drinks made primarily of Psyllium Seeds, which can be too harsh for a person’s colon.  There are others that may not have enough beneficial fiber in them to give the colon a good enough “work-out”.
